We are currently seeking a IT administrator/Network Operations specialist needed for a small office environment located in West Bloomfield, MI. Duties included PC updates, LAN connectivity, FAX and Printer checkups and repair, File transfer, updating network, changing hardware, maintaining Wi-Fi network. Entry-Level Office Professional Responsibilities
- Utilize Excel to create spreadsheets while using knowledge of formulas, pivot tables and look-ups
- Answer phones, route calls and take messages
- Enter complex data into various databases
- Open, sort and distribute mail
- Assist corporate managers with mail merge projects
- Create PowerPoint presentations
- Organize, schedule and maintain travel arrangements and calendars
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Entry-Level Office Professional Requirements:
- Strong proficiency level with software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong Internet research skills
- At least two years of corporate office exposure
- Must be flexible with excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred but not required
